Lost and Found

lost and Found

Will the boy find his friend the penguin? We’ve explored boats, floating, and even made our own tiny penguins that we baked in the oven. We’ve hopped over islands and counted coloured sails, what a very busy week!

The Bear Who Stared

bear who stared photo board

This week we explored the book, The Bear Who Stared by Duncan Beedle. We read the story and found out that the bear needed help to show his emotions. The children took their own photos of each other with our special tuff cameras, which we’ve turned into placemats for lunchtimes. We made bear masks, drew our own emotions, looked at mirrors to see our own and others faces. We talked about the four things that made us most happy and made these into books. We had such a great week!
