We welcomed our children back to the start of this Autumn term, exploring how we make friends, like Goat did when he went to playgroup.  We looked in the mirrors at our own faces to recognise our own expressions and to talk about feelings, we made our own faces with the cut outs and glued them onto plates as part of our all about me topic this term.  We were very busy making shakers like goat, dancing to the music with them and using a star shaped sponge to copy the stars on goats top.  We talked about healthy foods like goat made at playgroup and put our own foods into goats saucepan, we told the story of goat at playgroup slotting the pictures from the story into the holes as we listened, what a very busy first week back!
